🚨 Hidden Leak Discovered & Repaired 🚨

We arrived to find a leak inside our client’s wall, coming from the toilet’s angle stop connected to old polybutylene piping. After inspection, we cut out the failed section and replaced it with brand-new PEX piping, along with installing a new angle stop for added reliability.

To properly access the repair, the toilet was removed. During the process, we also noticed the toilet flange was severely rusted, so we removed it and secured a new flange with brand-new wax ring and bolts, then safely reset the toilet.
